Sailing Levels
1 & 2
The complete guide to sailing. Level 1 is a two-day introduction to the sport with plenty
of hands-on sailing. Level 2 is an improvers course, with enough background knowledge to give confidence. You can take them at separate times or combine them for
a full five days activity. Because we sail on the sea, all our courses
include coastal endorsement. Both courses are available in dinghies or keelboat.

Seamanship Skills and Day SailingExciting two-day courses for sailors who already have level 2.
"Seamanship Skills" is designed to give you more self-reliance and confidence in your decision-making skills and teaches some more advanced techniques.
"Day Sailing" is a great introduction to the world of cruising and usually includes a trip to one of the many beautiful havens to be found in St Brides Bay.
Both courses take two days and both are available either in dinghies or keelboat. |

Junior Sailing Levels 1,2 & 3We are very happy to teach children of any
age, but a parent must be present at all times. Children learn quickest (and enjoy themselves most) when sailing by themselves or with other children.
We use Optimist and Topper single-handers and the grown-ups must be prepared to spend a lot of time in the safety boat.
|
Powerboat Levels 1 & 2 Level 1 is a one day introduction to simple motorboating enabling the
beginner to get a real feeling for handling the boat. Level 2 is a two day course and and provides all the skills and knowledge needed to be a competant
and safe powerboat driver.
Providing your boat is properly equipped we are happy to use it to do the course, alternatively you can use our Sea Nymph, which is fast, fun and easy to drive.

Safety Boat CertificateAn exacting course, essential for Club Safety Boat drivers but very
rewarding for any-one who wishes to take their abilities one stage further. A two day course with most of the time spent problem solving out on the water.
